Medals awarded for both days according to entries per category, at closing date.

Please note that due to recent membership changes, we will be running a split field to be as inclusive as possible.  If you wish to participate in the UKRS shoot, please ensure you enter an AGB number.  If no AGB number is entered, you will automatically be entered into the non-UKRS shoot that is run under private insurance.  If competing in the shoot run under independent insurance, archers will not be eligible for Tassel awards or National Record claims.

Entry Fees

Daily fee: £10 // £15 after closing date.

No substitutions of archers or refunds of entry fees after closing date.

75m - Juniors U12 & U14 

90m - Juniors U16

110m - Juniors U18

125m - Juniors U21 // Ladies non-compound bows

165m - Gents non-compound bows // Ladies compound

185m - Gents compound

Sunday distances (Imperial)

80yds - Junior U12 & U14 

100yds - Junior U16

120yds - Junior U18

140yds - Junior U21 // Ladies

180yds - Gents

Notes

Archers must sign that they have received instruction in Clout shooting, prior to the event. No signature - no shoot. If you have not yet received instruction in Clout shooting, please contact the organiser.

Photographers must register with the organiser on the day. No photographs may be taken without the permission of the organisers.

GDPR: When you enter for this competition(s) the following information may be collected and shared publicly with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors/ Judges for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Age category, Club, County, Region, and Round. Please see the Stortford website for further information.

Target list and results will be posted on the SAC website and sent via email.
